Ketchum Main Street Project extends from River Street to 10th Street and generally includes repaving of Main Street with a raised intersection at Sun Valley Road, widening to include a center turn lane at the Sun Valley Road intersection, new curb and gutter, and new ADA ramps and bulb outs at nearly all corners in that area. Between 2nd and 4th Streets, all sidewalk will be rebuilt with pavers, new trees will be planted in new modular , and new pedestrian lights will be added. Traffic signals will be upgraded with new mast arms and controls and intersection lighting will be improved or replaced. Supporting elements include drainage improvements, electrical connections, irrigation connections, and snowmelt system. Work will also include accommodations for the future installation of street furnishings and art.

Box 2315, Ketchum, Idaho 83340 until 12:00p.m., local time, on March 21, 2024 (extended from March 14)Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Please include “ATTENTION: TRENT DONAT; MAIN ST, KETCHUM PROJECT – PROPOSAL” on correspondence. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hal, 191 5th Street, Ketchum, Idaho, 83340 at 12:10p.m., local time, on March 21, 2024.
