Winter Development and Construction Meeting

As a follow-up to our development and construction meeting from last year where we discussed the transition away from the State of Idaho for building department services, we are hosting another meeting next Wednesday, January 10th from noon to 1:30pm. This meeting is very important for all architects and contractors doing work in Ketchum. The meeting will focus on the following:
- Building Department Migration Update
- NEW Online permitting system
- Building Code Compliance
- Fire Code Requirements
Content will be presented by Alan Chambers and Eric Adams (Ketchum’s new Building Official) from SAFEbuilt and Seth Martin, Ketchum’s Fire Marshall.
