Plowing & Snow Maintenance Notification

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, or other apparatus that will obstruct the removal of snow, upon the rights-of-way within the City from the hours of 2 a.m. -7 a.m. each day from November 1 through May 1 of the following year.

Please remember that the city will allow overnight parking in certain areas as part of the Winter Parking Pilot Program. Click here for details.

Elect to receive notices - via text message - when plowing or snow maintenance will be taking place by filling out the following form. Notifications will advise you to remove your vehicle from the city right of way.

If you work or live downtown and are directly affected by overnight parking regulations, you are encouraged to fill out the form in its entirety.

The City will not use or share your information for any other purpose.
