myKetchum is Ketchum’s new request management system powered by SeeClickFix, a widely used municipal platform adopted by communities across the country. 

Residents now can: 

• Submit non-emergency service requests 
• Upload photos 
• Pin locations 
• Track status in real time 
• Receive updates
