  • Maximum number of spaces allowed: 2

  • Permit fee to be paid at time application is submitted.

  • Permits are valid only for the dates and times approved.
  • Vehicles may not be parked for the principal purpose of displaying the vehicle for sale, repairing the vehicle, or advertising a private business.
  • No vehicle/trailer shall be allowed to park on the street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. from November 1 to May 1. City may allow limited use depending upon winter conditions.
  • Cords running across public property from vehicle/trailer to event, i.e. sidewalks, must have safety measures installed.
  • Only official City of Ketchum equipment is allowed in the public right of way.
  • Official signage and traffic cones will be placed by Ketchum Community Service Officers in advance of closure to ensure availability of rented space.
  • All other requirements of Ketchum Municipal Code Chapter 10.08 Parking & Traffic apply.
  • The city may reject an application based on vehicle or pedestrian traffic conditions at the time and location of the proposed closure.
Applicant agrees to observe all City ordinances, laws and conditions imposed. Applicant further agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the city of Ketchum, city officials, agents and employees from and for any and all losses, claims, actions, judgments for damages, or injury to persons or property and losses and expenses caused or incurred by applicant, its servants, agents and employees and not caused by or arising out of the tortuous conduct of city or its officials, agents or employees. Applicant shall communicate the terms of this indemnity and waiver to all employees, volunteers and clients. Applicant certifies that s/he has read and examined this application and that all information contained herein is true and correct.
