Hybrid blowers

The City of Ketchum is accepting bids for the following:

• Two (2) packaged twisted tri-lobe positive displacement blowers (commonly referred to as hybrid blowers) within sound-attenuating enclosures.

Sealed or electronic bids will be received until 2:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, May 17, 2023 (Addendum item #1 - change of bid date).

Electronic versions of the Project Manual in PDF format will be available at no cost. All bids shall be presented or delivered in a sealed envelope or delivered electronically as a pdf in an attachment to an e-mail. If delivered in an envelope, address to Trent Donat / Ketchum City Clerk, P.O. Box 2315, 191 5th Street West, Ketchum, ID  83340. The sealed envelope shall identify the blower equipment bid inside. Likewise, for electronic bidding the subject line shall identify the bid contained in the attachment. The electronic bid e-mail shall be addressed only to tdonat@ketchumidaho.org. Mr. Donat shall send a return acknowledgement of receiving the e-mail. The attachment will not be opened until the designated bid opening date and time. 

May 9, 2023 update: Addendum item #2 - Performance Bond is not required. All references within the document regarding performance or payment bonds shall be struck from the procurement document.
