APPLICATION TYPE:  Floodplain Development Permit – Stream Alteration

PROJECT SUMMARY:  The Ketchum Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the Floodplain Development Permit for the alteration of a stretch of the Big Wood River adjacent to 401 Northwood Way. The stream alteration permit seeks to address continued erosion issues on the subject property, restore the floodplain to its original function prior to 2017 flooding, stabilize the east back of the Big Wood River, and re-establish flow capacity in river channels within the vicinity.
