PROJECT SUMMARY: The amendment requests an allowance for a year round restaurant use in the existing building. Currently, a seasonal restaurant establishment has been operating during months when the golf course is in operation but a change to a year round restaurant use requires the following amendment applications. The proposal also includes a restarting of the nordic ski and fat tire bike trails on the golf course in winter months which ran on the site until a few years ago.
