PROJECT SUMMARY: The Ketchum City Council will hold a public hearing to hear public input, consider, and take action on a Lot Line Shift application to amend the Bigwood Condominium No III. Plat to accommodate twelve 11.98’ x 23.08’ garage building envelopes. The twelve garage building envelopes are located together in two areas in front of Building D: 5 adjoined garage spaces totaling an area of 65’ x 26’ and in front of Building E: 7 adjoined garage spaces totaling an area of 89’ x 26’. The Lot line Shift Application and Draft Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law will be considered at the hearing.
