PROJECT SUMMARY: A new 10,636 sq ft single family residence is proposed at 490 Wood River Dr which is currently vacant. Wetlands exist on the site and the proposal identifies areas where wetland mitigation will take place on the subject property. Proposed landscaping includes a variety of native trees, shrubs, and grasses. As the proposed residence occurs within the floodplain, a floodplain development permit is required.
