PROJECT SUMMARY: The 425 River Run Drive Lot Line Shift application is proposing to relocate a water line easement on the Sun Valley Subdivision 1st Addition: Lot 21B plat that was recorded in error. The Lot Line Shift application corrects the error on the Lot 21B plat recorded as Instrument Number 188733 that shows the incorrect location of the water line easement. The proposed plat corrects this error by showing the accurate location of the water line easement as specified in the water line easement recorded as Instrument Number 185870. The proposed plat does not replace or vacate the water line easement recorded as Instrument Number 185870, but rather amends the water line easement by decreasing its width to 5 feet and corrects the error shown on the Lot 21B plat recorded as Instrument Number 188733.
