City Invites Public to Listening Session on Land Use Code Updates

The City of Ketchum will host a public open house and listening session on Thursday, April 16, inviting residents, business owners, and stakeholders to discuss proposed land use updates before draft code is prepared for adoption. 

The drop-in event will include brief presentations at 4:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., along with opportunities to ask questions and share input with City staff. 

Topics include downtown dimensional standards and design regulations, local commercial space, parking, mountain overlay, nonconformities, and more. 

The City encourages community members to attend to learn about future planning and development in Ketchum. Pizza and refreshments will be served.
