PROJECT SUMMARY: The applicant, PM Lemman Investments LLC, has submitted a Request to Alter a Historic Structure located at 271 E Sun Valley Rd (Ketchum Townsite Lot S W 23’ x 30’ of 4 Blk 17) within the Retail Core Subdistrict of the Community Core (CC-1) Zone.
