PROJECT SUMMARY: The Ketchum Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to hear public input, consider, and take action on a Preliminary Plat application to subdivide the lot at 107 Saddle Road. The project proposes to divide the 248,385.33 square foot lot into 5 lots. The area currently contains multiple developments and would be subdivided into Lot 1 – Northwood Place (36,462 sq ft), Lot 2 – Ketchum Fire Station (30,398 sq ft), Lot 3 – parking area (36,579 sq ft), Lot 4 – YMCA (116,648 sq ft), and Lot 5 – parking area (33,869 sq ft).
