APPLICATION TYPE: Final Design Review
PROJECT SUMMARY: The Ketchum Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to review the Design Review application for the Sawtooth Serenade project. The project proposes to develop a new ~23,000 gross-square-foot multi-family project, with a total of two dwelling units, on a vacant property located at 260 N 1st Ave in the Community Core Subdistrict 2 – Mixed Use (CC-2) zone district. The proposed project includes two residential units, ground level parking accessed from the alley, and common recreation areas on the ground floor.
