PROJECT SUMMARY:  The Ketchum Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider and take action on the Final Design Review and Lot Consolidation Preliminary Plat applications for the ARCH affordable housing project at 140 & 180 N Leadville Avenue. The property located at 180 N Leadville Ave is developed with an existing historic home on the city’s Historic Building List that is proposed to be preserved and a storage shed that is proposed to be demolished. The property located at 140 N Leadville Avenue is vacant. The proposed community housing project proposes to consolidate the two lots and construct five new structures on the consolidated development parcel. The five new structures include three, three-story buildings that are connected through decks and stairways and two carport structures that accommodate 11 off-street parking spaces. The existing historic home and new residential buildings will accommodate 11 new community housing units.
