APPLICATION TYPE:  Conditional Use Permit (CUP)

PROJECT SUMMARY:  A Conditional Use Permit application for a proposed addition at 402 Evergreen Ln. As the property is located within the Pines P.U.D, any addition to the existing residence requires a public hearing in front of the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed the project twice and requested the applicant revise the addition to better meet the intent of the Pines P.U.D with regards to architectural compatibility and landscaping. The proposed project includes an 80 sq ft addition to the rear of the existing garage and a 42’ x 15’ addition to the east of the existing residence. The project also proposes landscaping including grasses, shrubs, and trees to the north of the existing residence.
