Ketchum Recreation Opens Registration July 17 for 2026–27 After School Program

Families can register beginning Friday, July 17, 2026, at 9 a.m. for the City of Ketchum Parks & Recreation 2026–27 After School Program. Designed for students entering 2nd through 5th grade, the program provides a safe, engaging, and active environment after the school day while supporting the needs of local families. 

Program details include: 

Eligibility: Students entering 2nd through 5th grade 

Cost: $755 per school year 

Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

WHEN:  
The After School Program runs August 25, 2026, through June 2, 2027. Monday–Friday, 2:40–5 p.m.; early-release Wednesdays begin at 1:55 p.m. 

WHERE: 
Registration may be completed online at ketchumidaho.org/registration,. Program activities take place at Atkinson Park (900 3rd Ave. N). 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
The City of Ketchum's After School Program offers students a fun, structured place to stay active, build friendships, and explore new interests after the school day. Participants enjoy a variety of supervised activities led by Parks & Recreation staff, including outdoor recreation, sports, games, arts and crafts, homework time, and other enrichment opportunities. 

The program provides reliable after-school care in a safe and welcoming environment while encouraging physical activity, creativity, and social connection throughout the school year.
