Coffee Talks Are Back

Coffee talks

Following successful community engagement efforts, the City of Ketchum, in partnership with The Chamber, is relaunching the Coffee Talks series, designed to give residents an informal opportunity to connect with city staff and leadership, ask questions, and receive updates on current and upcoming city projects.

“Ketchum Coffee Talks are a great way for City, business and nonprofit leaders in our community to connect,” said Mike McKenna, Executive Director of The Chamber. “They offer locals a chance to discuss some of the important, as well as some of the fun and positive, things happening in and around Ketchum in a more casual atmosphere.”

The next Coffee Talk will take place May 5, 9-10 a.m., hosted by the Sun Valley Museum of Art. Attendees are invited to drop in, enjoy a cup of coffee, and participate in open conversation about local priorities, projects, and community topics of interest.

“Bringing Coffee Talks back onto the calendar was a priority for me,” said Ketchum Mayor Pete Prekeges. “It’s an important way to ensure regular, informal access to City leadership and to keep communication with residents consistent, open, and ongoing.”

In addition to City of Ketchum updates, the May 5 session will include information from the Sun Valley Museum of Art on its upcoming spring and summer programming, offering a preview of exhibitions, events, and activities planned for the season.

All community members are welcome to attend.
