SIDEWALK WORK IS UNDERWAY, ELECTRICAL WORK STARTS APRIL 22

Main Street Closed between 2nd and 4th Streets

Main Street closure between 2nd and 4th Streets is expected to continue through May 17. April 22-26, 2nd Street from Main to Leadville will be closed for electrical work. Sidewalk work on the east side of Main Street, between 2nd and Sun Valley Road, began April 19 and will last up to two weeks. All businesses are open; some along the sidewalk construction area will be using alternate building entrances. Signs are placed on site to mark entrances.

Pedestrian access is open around the construction area perimeter. Vehicle detour signs will be placed at primary traffic areas throughout Ketchum’s roadway system. Through traffic will not need to use the full detour route (Serenade through 2nd Ave.). Access to Main Street intersections, except Sun Valley Road, will remain open.

Parking is now free at the Washington Avenue lot and will remain so through the end of the Main Street project. All other lot rules remain in place. Buses are using the Second Avenue detour throughout construction (click here for route information).

All Ketchum businesses are open throughout the project—be sure to stop by and show your support!
